Gently simmered in orange juice, enhanced with the piquancy of star anise and a subtle hint of natural vanilla, slightly sweetened with manuka honey. - Greek Yoghurt

In order to ensure that we are able to offer all dishes on a daily basis we ask guests to choose their dishes each evening.
English Breakfast
Grilled dry cured back bacon, oven roasted thick pork sausage, black pudding, free range egg (cooked to your liking), oven baked tomatoes and mushrooms with organic baked beans. Served with a selection of chutneys.

Pan fried chorizo and Glan Haswell's home-made black pudding.
Served with scrambled free range egg.
Traditional whole oak smoked kipper with scrambled egg.
Optionally served with a tot of Scottish whisky.

A large open mushroom filled with caramelised red onion and topped with melted Swiss, cave aged, Gruyere cheese

Gooey melted local cheese with oven baked and grilled tomato on Jim's toasted wholemeal bread.
Toasted Muffins
English muffins topped with your choice of: Scrambled eggs, Bacon, Scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
Doorstep Toast
Choice of Jim's white, wholemeal or granary breads served with organic baked beans and/or poached free range egg.
Just Omelette
Light and fluffy seasoned free range eggs served plain or with something of your liking!
Eggs on Legs
Soft or hard boiled free range hen's eggs served with hot buttered, marmite or vegimite soldiers.
